This is a visual interpretation of Mount Kimbies ‘Blind Night Errand’. I used four basic elements: A black video, a white video, a triangle shape and a heart shape. 2117 video-blocks were created in the process using six basic effects like crop, circle, blur, opacity, motion and tint. Finally, of course, I added eight filters to get the analogue feel. The result is a translation of the track with every sound detail visualized by a shape or movement.

The video is both an ode to Mount Kimbies music, which I appreciate so much for their use of really sharp and short sounds, and a means to express my love for simplicity in video (and for you).
